What is Route Package Protection?
Boston ProShop has teamed up with Route to track and protect your purchase. When you begin the checkout process, you will notice that Route Package Protection has automatically been added to your cart.
This benefit will protect your entire purchase from loss, damage or theft for a fraction of your order’s total value.
You can remove Route Package Protection at any time during the checkout process, however you will be responsible for working directly with the shipping company should any issues arise with the delivery of your order.
Once your order is placed and shipped, you can track the delivery process of your order from the tracking number in your confirmation email. We also strongly recommend downloading the Route app for faster service.
Any delivery issues can be resolved through the Route app.
