In-Store Pickup FAQ

How do I know if my order is ready for pick-up?
If you selected “pick up in store” at checkout on BostonProShop.com, you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up at the same email address you used at checkout. Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours from the time that you place your order and the time that you receive your pick-up confirmation email.

What do I need to pick up my order?
When you arrive at the ProShop to pick up your order, please be prepared to present your order confirmation email (containing your order number) and your photo ID.

Where do I pick up my order?
All orders placed using the “pick up in store” option at checkout on BostonProShop.com may be picked up at the ProShop powered by ’47 east entrance doors, which are located at the Hub on Causeway entrance to the North Station commuter rail concourse. The address is 84 Causeway Street, Boston, MA, 02114.

Where can I park when I come to pick up my order?
Guests picking up orders from the ProShop powered by ’47 are eligible to receive free one-hour parking with validation in the North Station Garage. Please ask a store associate for details.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! If someone else must pick up your order for you, we just ask that you please give us a call ahead of time to let us know who will be picking up on your behalf.

Can I place an order on a gameday and pick up before heading into the game?
All orders placed using the “pick up in store” option at checkout will take a minimum of 48 hours to be ready for pick-up and we cannot guarantee same-day pick-up for gamedays. We will, however, do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

What happens to my order if I don’t pick it up right away?
We will hold orders placed using the “pick up in store” option for up to two weeks. If you have not come to pick up your order after that window, we will automatically ship your order to you.
